WHO WE ARE

About Our Consulting & Training Firm

There is not an abundance of local diversity and inclusion training offered. Many companies are hungry for this training, but the feasibility of bringing in out-of-area consulting firms or sending diversity and inclusion leaders to off-site training for several days is not doable. Tapestry offers 90-minute to half-day public classes at our facility or private workshops for your organization. Classes can be offered in a series (which is great for sustainability) or in ala carte sessions. These interactive sessions provide participants with actionable steps to take back to the workplace immediately.

Please call us today to see how we might help you create a thriving environment… assessments, workshops, lunch and learns, and speaking engagements.

Who We Do it For

We do this for individuals and organizations. The workshops are ideal for companies who have a diversity strategy in place and want to augment their training plans. It is great for individuals who are part of their organizations Employee Resource Groups, or diversity councils.

How We Do It

We offer a series of classes to the public at our location– ideal class size is 10 to 20, or we will come to your location. We can also customize and combine the workshops with meeting your organizations' requirements. We offer classes in a series because studies show that it is more effective.
