Personalized Diversity Coaching 

Our diversity coaching helps develop key skills, including unconscious bias, cultural, and gender awareness. We utilize the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI Assessment) to understand you or your team's perceived orientation (where you think you are) and you or your team's developmental orientation (where you actually are). We then develop an action plan through coaching to move forward.
